Weakness to Normal Weapons

I did a search and I couldn't find my question or answer so here it is:

Is it possible to obtain a weakness to normal weapons spell via spell tomes?

No. Scrolls only. No spells, no spell tomes for that effect. Sorry.

And the occasional enchantment on found weapons if I′m not totally mistaken
