This thread came to mind after I took an art class working with clay, and the shape of one of the carving knives reminded me of one of my favourite weapons in the game; the Elven Dagger.

Many weapons in Oblivion are overlooked in favour of weapons with higher stats. My question to you is what are your favourite or least favourite weapons in terms of design, and do you sometimes use or keep less powerful weapons because of their design?

I'm a huge Claymore fan. My favorite one is the Iron Claymore. I forced several characters, against their wills and protesting loudly the whole time, to use one for an entire game.
