For some reason the game is completely ignoring weapon enchantments on Armor. All other armor enchantments are working fine. Weapon perks are working fine.

Fortify One Handed, Two, Archery will absolutely not work and I can not figure out why.

Does anyone know why the game would ignore weapon enchantments on armor? When all other armor enchantments are working fine.

I have to resolve this before I can continue with my Mod. Can someone please help??
