[RELz]Weapon Mod Kits - Scope VATS Fix

Following the discussion on http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1080824 topic, I have made this small mod/fix:

1. Descrioption
This is a small mod that makes the chances of hitting with a scoped modded weapon in VATS higher. This effects all weapons with scopes (including the Sniper Rifle and uniques).

2. Requirements
This mod requires Weapon Mod Kits by Antistar

3. Installation
- Download the file
- Extract ESP to your Fallout 3/Data folder
- Using FOMM, place this mod AFTER all WMK mods

4.Uninstallation
- Uncheck this mod from FOMM
- Delete ESP file

5. Credits
- Big credits to Antistar for his amazing Weapon Mod Kits
- Me (EliteKill) for making this mod/fix

Sorry to say, but your mod doesn't do anything at all.

First off all the weapons are new FormIDs and don't overwrite the existing WMK weapons. That means they don't change anything ingame.

Second, it seems all you did was edit the Base VATS to hit chance. You apparently don't know what it does, because it has nothing to do with how well your character hits with the weapon in VATS. All that value does is detemine how easy/hard it is to hit the weapon itself(as in when you are targetting someone in VATS who is wielding that weapon)
