I fixed the micro-stutter problem when looking around...only one more problem to fix and the game will be perfect. Sometimes my guns disappear in front of me or when aiming. sometimes the guns will be held out infront of me but over my head, and sometimes when aiming the entire gun covers the crosshairs and my view of the enemy. Very weird. sometimes the guns act the way they should. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?

Never had that issue, sorry. What you could to in the mean time is turn off "True Iron sights" in the settings (making it like F3 aiming) so you can keep playing.
