Weapon Pack Deluxe by Bone_Collector

This is a mod my brother (Bone_Collector) is working on. He has been working on his modelling skills over the past year and decided to create a weapon pack for Oblivion. All the items are completely modeled from scratch.

I am helping him maintaining this thread and any of the future updates/releases of the project, I also make most of the ideas for the weapons, he creates them. Currently he hasn't decided how many new weapons will be created, we intend to release the mod in parts over the weeks/months. Some of the items are modeled after weapons from The Lord of the Rings, but not all of them.

A few screenshots:

NOTE: Some of these still need work and Bone_Collector is working very hard on it at the moment.

The weapons will be handplaced across various locations in Cyrodiil, the power-level of each varies. None of the weapons will unbalance the game in anyway, but they won't be weak either. In short: it will be worth the treasure hunt.

As I said earlier, Bone_Collector is very busy modelling at the moment so I am maintaining the topic for him. I will soon post in-game pictures of the items and some new ones as well.

The hilt and pommel in that last shot look great, worn but cared for.

The grip and pommel look pretty good, but I thinks the blade needs some work. It looks a little too wide and pretty flat :)

Keep up the good work you two!

I especially like the part about hand-placement of these weapons around the world. :goodjob: Another OMOBS patch would also be great for people playing OOO or FCOM (there are many of us) so that stats are not underpowered.

Looking pretty nice in-game.

I too like hearing they'll be hand-placed around the world. I suppose my ideal method of acquiring stuff is purely randomly through leveled lists, and all the item-adding mods I've got add their equipment via leveled lists, but being hand-placed is just as good since the effect is still mostly the same. Either way putting them all in a box somewhere or in a shop I am not a fan of!

Keep up the good work here
