Weapon repair kit code? : Fallout: New Vegas

Does anyone know where you pick up the weapon repair kit code? I couldn't find this.

No there is apparently a code in DM, that lets you get one from vending machines, you can then use one in the mojave, turning ciagarettes and other things, into chips, then repair kits/stimpakcs anything.

Yeah, this. Need location. Actually I have as many weapon repair kits as I'd ever need but would like this.
