Weapon strength requirement and Power Armors

Post » Tue Jul 23, 2013 1:23 pm

Just a quick noob question because I can't find the information anywhere. I have 8 Strength. I need 9 for the Ballistic Fist. So if I put on a Power Armor that increases my Strength by 1, do I technically meet the Strength requirement and be able to use the weapon to its full power?

I thought the answer should be pretty obvious, just I just want to make sure. Thanks!

yes that would do the trick. but enchancements like the power armor will not help in meeting lever up perks.

Ok thanks. I was holding out until OWB to get Spineless and get a 9 (with Power Armor it's a 10). There aren't any perks that require 9 or 10 Strength (at least none that interest me anyway)

Also, just in case I switch out for lighter armor later... Increasing Strength to 10 doesn't matter if my Melee/Unarmed is 100 anyway, right?

Ha! I got NV since it came out and have been playing it ever since. But it seems like there are always new things to learn. :)

Today's score (level 18, mind you):

Pushy: 24

Deathclaw: 2 (1 for effort and 1 for sweet backflipz :D)
