Hi everyone!

My name is Ellysian, and I bought this game a couple weeks back. I'm now rank 29. This game is pretty fun, I play it a couple hours a day. However, I've been experiencing a lot of connection losses from matches/rollbacks since the 1.8 update. However, I could never screenshot any of that occurring. But just the other day, I got myself an L-tag. Now, that's great and all and I set my custom class to wield it. So one game, I disconnected (as usual) and my rank rolled back. So I lost my weapon upgrade chip thingy. When I re-leveled and it stuck, I didn't get a weapon upgrade. So now, I got an Ltag.....But I don't >.< see the screenies I took for y'all below. Also notice in the section, I'm missing the Grendel weapon option XD But I have it in all 4 other classes. So my question is, does anyone has a potential solution to this problem? (Until Crytek fixes it for us) Or has anyone else experienced this? I do play on a PC. I'd hunt all the specs down, but I don't think it's graphics related or such. It's a nice computer though. Would be cool if a crytek member could shed some light on this, perhaps inform us if they were working on a patch/fix. Thanks for your time

The reason your Grendel icon has disappeared is because you can't have two of the same weapons in Load-out Pro

With regards to your L-Tag unlock, we're investigating the issue on your account at the moment. There is the possibility that things can get out of sync like this because of the way information is saved but we are working on improving the system so that these issues won't happen again. We're going to be starting a weekly maintenance night but we'll put up a separate thread for that.

The reason you didn't get an unlock when you ranked up to level 30 is there is no weapon unlock on that level. There is one on level 31 but hopefully we will have resolved your unlock issue before then

Also, whatever Crytek did to my account seemed to make it disconnect, rollback, and bug less often. I'm not sure if that information is of any help to you but :p....
