I think its safe to say that we all want a plethora of weapons and armor to choose from, as well as having medium armor make a comeback. The question is, since this is gonna be a Nord heavy game, and Nords are big on combat, what kinds of armor would you like to see and/or see come back? I personally hope bone armor makes a comeback, furthermore I would love to see it in more than one category. Maybe even bone weapons to match? I would also love to see polearms make a comeback, I want me a spear or halberd, I really missed them in Oblivion.


What armors and or weapons would you wanna see make a comeback?

I would love to see a lot of different types of fur armor and ringmail. I also liked nordic mail from bloodmoon. I hope fur armor adds something statistically so it can be wearable throughout most of the game. Even if it doesn't offer a great armor bonus, have it add to your speed or agility. No sense in a barbarian running around in glass or elven armor.

Nord bodypart weapons again, please. I wanna go around swinging a severed Nord leg in the middle of a Nord village.

Full nordic trollbone armor would make my day

Also plenty of furs and fur armors, as well as all sorts of mails.

Running around in mail insulated with wolf pelts, skewering dragons on the end of a nordic spear, and looting the hoard: that is skyrim my friends.

Yeah, Full Trollbone would be great. I wish there was full trollbone in Morrowind, I was sad when there wasnt.

I think it is very immature of you to speak of bone(r ) weapons and spears and you're talking as being 12 years old. I think that I'm a very good example of a mature and serious guy who only wants to play Skyrim without any "bone spears"

Throwable spears would be nice too. A lot of possibilities in skyrim

That was always my favorite armor skill, personally. Then again I rarely deviate from spellblades, ninjas, and mages, so I rely heavily on fast movement (with an obvious con of low protection).

I really want more armour parts, like separate pauldrons.

I don't like the armor being simplified into torso and legs, or even worse, complete sets like in Fallout.

I'm pretty sure he's not talking about a [censored], there was Bonemold armour in MW and I'm guessing there was probably more bone armour in previous games, so it'd make sense to have bone weapons too.

As long as they have more unique weapons and armor I don't really care. Also, fix daedric armor, it looked awful in Oblivion.

I just want a book that tells you the history of unique weapons and armour.

And the best armour not to look rubbish would be nice.
