If I pay close attention I'll see the weapon drop when i close the pipboy. Lol! I have no weapons!

Using a 360 game pad. Also I cannot pick a perk on level up. Have to switch to kb. Running iHUD and a

few other mods, but everything else seems to be fine. Any help would be much appreciated!
