Is there any other weird weapons in the elder scrolls
universe other than the fork of horripilation?

Let's see what I can think of that hasn't been brought up yet:

Sanguine Rose

Daedric Crescent

Dawnfang/Duskfang

Severed Nord Leg

I'd nominate the jumbo-sized warhammers as fairly odd weapons of choice as well.

And the Bipolar Blade

There is a warhammer in morrowind with Damage personality and damage speechcraft on it. It has a unique and fairly awesome look. Makes me think of Prince Vile. . .

Mace of Slurring?

Also, let's not forget the BanHammer. Sure it's a mundane weapon with a mundane enchantment, but with a name with that...

I miss the jinkblade in "Morrowind" that I found in one of the sewers. Its paralysis effect on the enemy lasted longer than the standard jinkblade.

Some people wish to throw their weapons. That seems odd to M'aiq. If you hold your weapon, you only need one.

Some people wish to have weapons. That seems odd to M'aiq. If people are nice, you don't need any.

Some weapons that it's not a good idea to actually use, due to backfiring enchantments:

Flawed Dwemer Jinksword
Crosier of St. Llothis
King's Oath

What was the name of that war hammer in the museum in Morunhold? There was Stendarr's Hammer. So powerful, yet so heavy, nobody could lift it. :)

That was it, there is also the Mace of Slurring that she would buy.

The Truncheon of submission is also a strange weapon. Beat them to good health with a spike wrapped club. . .

I used the soul-trap glitch to make a super character named Stendarr to steal and use the Hammer. It breaks a lot.

If the Boots of Blinding Speed was a weapon, talk about weird.

But actual weapons, theres plenty.

Volendrung
The OP mentioned the Fork of Horripilation
Goldbrand
any Daedric weapon
Sunder
Keening

When you sit and think about it, any weapon that registers into Tamraelic Lore, is a weapon of oddity.

There's quite a bit of odd weapons in the Elder Scroll Universe.

Mehrunes Razor to name one.

The original question was for weird weapons, ya'll are mostly just listing anything unique or enchanted.

Well it's all about the definition of "weird".
Personally I would count all the more or less "relic" like weapons to that definition.

Enchanted weapons like for example the average: Jinxblades and such wouldn't count into it thou.

The whole reason as to why I keep mentioning weapons that may be considered artifacts are because they are uncommon. Some of the most common weps for an average citizen of Morrowind is something thats Chitin the majority of the time, which should give indications that weapons of artifact nature should be considered an oddity.
