Does anyone know where to find a list of fallout guns and what their real life equivalents are?

The Rock-it-launcher is one of those weapons which doesn't even try to be realistic (head shots with teddy bears? Really?)

No real lists around that I’m aware of, but I offer the following:

Sniper rifle: Remington 722, caliber .244 rem., 8x scope, and a sand bag.
