Do not know if anyone has run into this problem or not. I searched online, and found a few others with the same problem. Only answer given was to restore at a previous save and you do not have to start completely over...just lose whatever you did after that save point. Well I was at lvl 53, many, many hours invested, and I have gone back to multiple save points and nothing so far seems to work. None of my weapons, regardless of type and damage level, will do any damage to any enemies. Very Frustrating to say the least. Only thing I know to do is start my character over. This has to be a game glitch, and apparently I am not the only one. I do not know what other systems that others were playing on. I understand that PC players can go into their game software and do "mods" which might fix this problem, but I do not think that is possible on a console like XBOX ONE which is what I play on.
I am also concerned that if I start over, put in all the hours to play again, get my character back to level 50+ again, then have this same problem again! Yikes!
Appreciate any thoughts, suggestions, from anyone.
Betheseda, PLEASE FIX THIS in a patch.
Thanks.

EDIT: Jan 5-2015; Well, I tried one more time to go back to an even further save date, and I was able to get my game to again work correctly. At the time this problem started to occur, I was at level 53 (about to go to level 54) and had changed from McCreedy as my companion to Piper. Not sure, but I think it had something to do with the Piper change. Anyway, I went back to a level 50 save point when I still had McCreedy as companion and my weapons worked normally. No problems have reoccurred. (Keeping fingers crossed). So I lost about two-three days of playtime but at least I did not have to start completely over. Definitely something Bethesda needs to address. As I stated, I have found others that have experienced this same glitch and its not cool. Hope this will help others.
