Weird. Are you using OBSE v0019b, it could be that the initial releases of v0019 having broken the arrays messed up your weather. Try making a clean save with 19b and see if you can replicate it. If you can, I'll have to take a look, because that should definitely not be happening.
Yes, I've upgraded to 19b. I haven't clean-saved since upgrading, though. I might try that when I come back (I'm away for a few days from today), or I might start a new game (I'm like that :whistling: ).
I've also had instant weather transitions wit AN 1.1 and OBSE 19b... Most recently, I had the weather consistently go to heavy fog. It appeared that the fog would dissipate... then pop right back into existence. I also had this issue with rain, as was described a few posts ago. I did do a clean save, but it didn't seem to help.
That's exactly the kind of behaviour I was getting on the journey from Bravil - the rain would stop gradually, then immediately restart on (I presume) cell change. It's almost as if the transition is backwards - you know, like it was trying to transition from sunny to rainy, but doing the transition in reverse, from rainy to sunny, then thinking 'hang on, it should be raining'.
For your next release, can you consider increasing the rain and some thunders' audio volume to make them more impactful?
They used to be louder, but so many people complained about them being too loud...
Please don't make them louder - it's hard enough to hear anything else during a thunderstorm as it is.
