Well, so far it's a lot of the IC stores, the worst I've seen is in Divine Elegance. Personally though, I did like the original "warm" look those buildings had compared to AN's...
EDIT: Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

Problem is, it's raining outside and nowhere near that bright. That's not the only place I've seen it happen either - On a previous install one of the taverns that are on the Anvil docks had this brightness problem, and it was during sunset.
Sorry, I should have said to also provide a screenshot of the debug ring output, I'd need to know what the weather is inside. It's possible that it doesn't match up properly to what's outside.
Didn't know the sewers were an exception. I chose them 'cause it took me ages to reach and kill valen dreth, as part of the dark brotherhood quest. You have to sneak your way past a bunch of imperial guards but you are in deep darkness and can't see pretty much anything around you, while the guards do. Obviously you can't lit a torch without being spotted. So at some point I had to disable RL just to finish the quest, with RL enabled it's quite impossible.
In my opinion it would be more immersive if the enemies had the same troubles as me in the darkness : /
I really want to enjoy this part of the mod and I'm trying hard to get used to it but sometimes it gets so frustrating, I always have to drop a torch in close range battles while the enemies doesn't need it at all.
Try using nighteye - it's practically made for assassins, allowing you to see but not be seen. Of course, you might want a nighteye replacer too, but that's modding for you.
I agree that it would be better if NPCs in combat weren't heat-seeking death machines, but that's just how things are. There might be mods that can change this, I don't know. Although you might want to try sneaking around - NPCs out of combat suffer the same as you, provided you're in sneak mode.
That's not exactly what I meant. Anyway as I stated above I'll try to get used to it.
Oh, btw, It's been raining for over an in-game week, it looks like I won't see the sun again.. any idea why? I wonder if it's somewhat related to what I see in the console:
Error in script 010172c7An expression failed to evaluate to a valid result File: All Natural Base.esm
Yep, there's another one of those errors, I'll bet it was an array access problem. What was the script offset, that should have been given too?
