Post » Thu Oct 29, 2009 7:38 pm

Im unsure if this was bug or not last night my lvl24 breton mage wandered into 3 seperate oblivion gates to were the weather in planes of oblivion changed to ash grey cloud effecting the entire static environment even npc and mobs making it more believable to being a volcanic environment even the interior of sigil chambers were effected

Is this awesome grey weather in planes of oblivion a bug or part of weather system ? if it is bug any one know how to reproduce this bug with out console input its looks great

the current season on game calender said it was Sun Dusk sorry no picture because ps3 GOTY

i have searched up oblivion weather system info but all get is about 1,250,000 results (0.30 seconds) of mods

The random weather changes outdoors around Cyrodiil are not related to seasons. Just random weather changes like it decides to rain.

The weather in an Oblvion Gate is constant and unchanging, so what you describe sounds like a bug or something.

Sorry can't help troubleshoot though, especially on PS3.

The only thing is when you go up the mountains it snows. Besides that, as stated, no real seasons

on rare occaisions it can snow in unexpected places.! I don't think anywhere in cyrodiil is technically off limits for snow, but it seems to have a probability factor in there somehow - bruma= high probability, anvil= very low probability. but i could be wrong. i have seen snow also in the 'outside' game world, where the scenary is not fully loaded...........

I held back on main gate on purpose for the higher quality sigil enchantments i will not complete main quest untill i become the god of madness

the bug is saved so it is permanent but it is actually visual improvement ,i think cause is when i run to a gate then moved away (no fast travel) wait for sky to began returning to normal then quickly run back go though the gate (before sky transition complete) fast travel will reset sky to normal in tameriel only bug will stay in oblivion dead lands

i will test on another save tonight if i can reproduce it
