I remembered I found a site where I can look at certain people's characters what is it?

Let me give you a bump. Perhaps we need a little more info. Over in the Oblvion mods forum there is always a character screenshot thread going. Did you mean a place where people post their stats and such (don't know any of those).

I remember seeing one for Morrowind on uesp.com. I wish there was one for Oblivion.
