After a few years of visits to the hospital (and not much exercise to boot) I've put on a few pounds. At first I shot up to ~180-185, but now I am hovering around 210. This is a tad annoying. I've kept a record of runs and exercises over the past two months, running consistently a few times a week, but I cannot seem to break through to any real weight loss. It just sort of rubber bands throughout the week, in spite of the exercise. Does anyone have any advice for weight loss other than "keep exercising, eat less". And I'm not taking no pills.
Over two months I have managed to loose 4 pounds but I figured with consistent exercise the number would drop a bit faster. Managed 6 runs last week and the scale is reading a loss 2 pounds over the first week's loss with just 2 miles.
Or, you know, just post those stunning before and after photos of your success stories.
