I saw the Ebony Warrior in Whiterun, he challenged but I wanted his armour right away. So I attacked him and gained a bounty, I killed him, barely. Went to prison. Came back looted his armor, when I went to 3rd Person my body wasn't there, I looked around Whiterun in 3rd person and my body magically floated and morphed back into my position, except my head was bent down like I locked my neck in a certain position, and whenever I drew my weapon out, it would go right through me, I could still attack, everything was normal in 1st person though. I reloaded an earlier save and it was gone, but I hadn't fought the Ebony Warrior yet, so NO GO UNTIL I GET BETTER EQUIPMENT.
