I decided to pick up Skyrim again after a few months and ended up doing thieves guild questline. After I spoke to Karliah for the first time she told me to go holla Enthir and so I did, but when I entered the Frozen Hearth a weird visual effect started, similar to werewolf transformation (I'm not a werwolf or a vampire). I assumed something was wrong with my save file so I made a new one and did the same thing but once again after I get the quest from Karliah and enter the inn the visual effect happens and my screen goes pitch black (HUD can still be seen). For the sake of knowing I decided to make another save and enter the inn without doing thieves guild quests, and guess what, it was fine, no visual effects no nothing, then I do the quest line again and go into the inn, now the effect happens and once again screen goes black. Here's a video of what happens /watch?v=S67UnYBNYEg I was told the cal command should fix it but as you can see in the video it does nothin'.
So I'm wondering if anyone else had a similar issue before and whether there is a fix for this.

P.S I don't have an ENB or any other kind of lighting mod

A black screen with the game still running probably means your graphics processing is hanging (because of the weak graphics processing power ?!?).

Have you tried to lower your graphics settings and resolution ???

Please post your PC hardware (CPU, RAM and graphics card)

[ If you don't know your exact graphics card, you should be able to check it by from the "Device Manager" program under "Display Adapters on your Windows Control Panel ]

I actually figured it out the solution a few minutes before your post, for some reason the graphical issue was happening because of a mod that allowed me to refuse joining the nightingales, no idea why a mod that simply adds a dialogue option does that but it does apparently
