After adding a few mods to the game I noticed that going into an exterior cell with bright light (sunlight usually) causes a thin blue 'border' around the top and left hand sides of the screen. At first I thought the game wasn't playing full screen but that all checks out. Never had this problem before and the mods don't seem to be affecting it.
Has this ever come up before?

I do yes, but it's never been there before. I've played for some time withy 4x AA and never had such a thing.

Yeah, the AA is usually what causes it, everyone who uses AA has it. It may take a while to notice it, but once you do, you will never stop noticing it.

I have the game displaying HDR and forcing AA through the Catalyst Control Center. Notice that only the one with it enabled has the small blue line on the side/top of the screen.

How bizzare, I've never noticed it before... I'm certain it wasn't there (it isn't half the time!)
I guess I'll check the CCCenter for an alternative.

Possibly you checked a new setting in there. Because, for me it has been there since the CCC 9.x series and before. I am running 11.2 now.

Did forcing the AA through CCC work for you? I disabled AA in the game and used override 4x on the control center, but I still get the blue lines.
They go away if I turn ALL kinds of AA off, but then the game doesn't look nice enough.

No, either way having AA enabled made the blue line appear. I usually run the game with AA off anyway. When running at a high resolution you dont need it as much as say a lower res.

Ah that makes sense, I'm using a 1400x900 screen until I get my paycheque, then I'm dropping for a 1080p
Well thanks for the heads up, I suppose some things just can't be helped.

This was caused by one of the late stage 10.x driver updates. Highly annoying and AMD doesn't appear to be interested in the fact that their driver is broken.
