So I've been having this weird issue everytime I go into workshop mode or V.A.T.S in which the whole screen becomes jittery and yellow (workshop) or green (V.A.T.S). It can get really annoying, to the point where I can't even see the guy I'm trying to shoot. Also, in the dialogue menu, the background sometimes flashes or the light moves around in a way that doesn't seem right (sorry, can't really give a good description of it). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am having almost the same problem only it does not happen during speech. when I either enter VATS or the bigger problem, base building i get a ton of green pixels covering my whole screen which makes it extremely hard to build anything because i can not see where i am laying anything down. I would gladly re-install the game and lose my saves if i knew it would fix the problem, please help. Other then that the game is great, thank you.
