Recently I am having a very odd bug where groups of npcs spawn whenever I wake up from sleep. It also will happen after I travel somewhere if i wait a while they show up again.
most notably keld of the ilses and Burz gro-Khash, as well as hackdirt npcs...very strange and it won't go away.
I'm also getting a weird flashing upon my character and other npcs with flame effects on my character but only when I have RenGuardOverhaul loaded....
any help would be appreciated
