Weird color glitch : Fallout 4

Hello! My game keeps glitching out randomly throughout the game. Everything begins to turn colors and then eventually I can't move. It happens every thirty minutes or so, but I can save then restart the game and it works for a little bit. I would like to attach a link to pictures of my dxdiag and some of the pictures in game, but " I do not have permission to post a link ". Is there anyway I can upload pictures? I'm really confused on how i'm supposed to get help, and I thoroughly checked through the forum but I can find a post that is similar to my problem.

Could you post your system specs? Honestly this sounds way more like a hardware issue than a game issue, especially as from all we've both seen it's unique to you.

Gpu is below spec, it only has ~1GB of VRAM. This may be causing the issue.

I know what this issue is.

I've read about it on hardware expert forums.

This is the result of a graphics card which has been under high stress for a while (reaching high termperatures under load for extended periods of time), where the memory on the card is starting to "die" in a few of the memory chips on the card.

Eventually your card will burn out and die completely.

Unfortunately this means u must buy a new graphics card.

Thanks! Honestly that's what i figured. This card is awfully old, i know what i'm gonna get myself for Christmas!
