It wasnt really with an enemy, but ive has several times that I was looking for my follower and suddenly heared: Im right behind you. And yes there she stood.

Hunter chasing rabbit, "Skyrim belongs to the Nords!"
Hunter shoots rabbit with bow and arrow, "Glad that's over..."

Not really a follower but always makes me laugh.
