Weird directional light issue.

I had one of my testers point this out, but its something I have been trying to figure out for a while. In certain areas of my mod, in the interior cells, there is a weird reddish light shining on the peoples faces. Seen http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk91/mooguy3/screenshots/fallout3-20100610-2014148.jpg. There is no directional light in the cell, and no red lights near them casting that light. It should not be there, but it is. Its very odd and I cannot figure out what is causing it to shine on them. It appears to shine up from below them, and always from the same direction (The shadows move on their face as they turn) I have checked everything I can think of... If anyone can help me figure out what it is, please do. Thanks for any help.

That pic was so dark I could not figure out where in your mod it happened. That said, could it be from a light source? Have you checked all the red-light radii? Could it be from some object that has emmitance? Or perhaps its part of your interior lighting effects (some small amount of red in the overall background color of the cell lighting)?

Could it be from some object that has emmitance?

emissive color only self illuminates the object itself. so in other words it doesn't actually cast any light.
