My specs are core i5 2500k 3.3ghz
8gb ram
nvidia 560 Ti 1GB

Any idea how to fix it, it was fine before.

Anything overclocked? it could be a driver bug.

Nope nothing overclocked. It was fine couple of days ago.

I am running game on extreme setting.
