Since the latest update went live I have been experiencing weird bugs with the UI.

Scrolling over any of the text from the pause menu overlay or while in the pipboy or map I get these weird glitches. It's a little hard to describe but the best way I can is, everything flashes???

One example, while in my map just moving the cursor will cause all the lat/long coordinates on the borders to disappear and reappear.

Another example, while the game is paused moving the cursor to select any of the pause menu options or settings will cause the same effect as what I see in my map. Even weirder while scrolling over any words I will get other random text appearing in the place of the word I just scrolled over but will quickly revert back to normal.
