I'm running Skyrim through Steam and have the following data files (in this order):

• Dawnguard
• Dragonborn
• HearthFires
• HighRestTexturePacks
• Reduced Distance NPC Greetings
• Upgrade Leveled Items
• Same Walk & Run Speeds Lite
• The Dance of Death - A Killmoves Mod
• SkyUI
• Lockpicking Measurement Vision
• PerkUP (all of them, in alphabetical order)
• Spend Dragon Souls For Perks

I had Asteria installed, but got rid of it. I doubt that has anything to do with my issue, though; I was having it before and after I uninstalled the mod and I never really used the house anyway.

On top of this, I'm also using Elys' Skill Uncapper. I figured I'd make it so that I got 10 perk points every time I gained a new level (to balance this out a tiny bit, I haven't modified anything that changes the rate at which I level).

However, no matter what I change the number to in the INI file, it only gives me 1 perk point. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In the .ini you have to enable each part of the uncapper. Enable the perk management part. It's near the top of the .ini
