I noticed that there is some weird lettering whenever I walk outside or look at a door to go outside to the wasteland I think it says iouna Iaa, Which isn't correct. I speak English only, and everything is in English not to mention I installed it through steam in English. I will leave a picture, and yes I have modded and my settings are maxed out. apparently I cant post pictures...
