It seems that every time i see fire its accompanied by strange black lines putting anti-aliasing to 4X instead of 8X fixes it but i was wondering if there is another way to fix this?

I had this too. It's an nVidia driver issue.

Make sure the Nvidia control panel is not doing any AA, at all. Only the game should be handling this.
