I just started a new character after a clean install, and for some reason, every few seconds or so, this sound goes off...like the sound of someone summoning an item...

A while back when I had first downloaded and played through the Hoarfrost Castle MOD, this problem occured, but eventually after switching the MOD around in my load order, it stopped.

Well this time on a fresh character when the noise started, I simply removed the MOD altogether, thinking the noise was related. After returning to my new game, I realized this was not the case, as the sound continued every few seconds. I started a second new character, where the save data completely unrelied on the MOD, and the problem started almost immediately, with the sound going off at the character creation screen.

I have no idea whatsoever what would cause this, so I'm not sure what information is needed. I don't think its related to my sound card since the problem did not occur until after installing several MOD's (most notably, Hoarfrost Castle). Here's my load order off OBMM, and any help with this would be greatly appreciated. For now, I'm playing with the sound off.
