So i am level 50 needed like 12000xp to re-boot
I have all my perks at level 3 such as retreiver etc
So i play a game to get the points i need and notive that Retreiver has gone from level 3 to 1 yet the rest have stayed level 3 ?????????
Anyway i re-boot and when i get to level 5 to create class i equip Visor Enhance and it's still level 3 still same with Armor enhance anyone else had the same happen ?????????????
