I've noticed this for a long time and it's starting to bother me, so I wondered if anyone else have this problem. Basically, the male body texture seemed to be messed up: whenever a male NPC (not seeing this on the male Courier for some reason) is wearing something that exposes skin other than hands or face e.g. the Raider outfits, the skin textures are either blacked out or VERY low quality. At times it's just patches of grey and vague skin colour. The Fiends are the worst examples since their male versions exposes most skin.
