hey i just installed some mods and they seemed to work fine until i tried yet again to play, and now all i see is a blue screen whenever i load anything and its quite frustrating. i deactivated all mods, tried troubleshooting and i have no idea what to do. if anyone knows why, or knows of similar bugs please let me know. thanks alot.

Blue-screens normally indicate a hardware are driver-level issues, though it's possible something in the game triggers them. I think we'll gonna need a lot more info from you. A DXdiag readout would be helpful.

Can we assume that your Oblivion installation ran trouble-free until those mods were installed? Were they your first modding attempts, or are you knowledgeable about proper installation practices? Did you meet any and all requirements for the mods in question? Fully read and understand any provided documentation? Proper load-order? Proper install-order, if the mods had potential data conflicts? Which mods were they? How did you install and uninstall them?
