I have just gotten myself a new gaming pc. But when playing skyrim i get a weird black outlining on the texture when moving ?
Its hard to explain but i hope anyone have had the same issue and found a way around it.
PC specs:
EVGA gtx770 superclocked
16GB ram
Intel I73820

i found a fix. it was my monitor (phillips) had to turn off smart contrast and smartresponse
