WEIRD thing happened with Pale Pass door!

Post » Thu Dec 15, 2011 7:16 pm

SO, lastnight I was travelling the SOUTHEST of the South of the map of Skyrim hoping to find something cool. I did... the trail/door/gate that apparently people are calling the "Pale Pass".

Anyway.. the weird thing that happened was I just reloaded my save. I was looking directly at the door when I saved it and when I just loaded it...

THE DOOR SWUNG OPEN... seeing this I proceed to try and run through to see if I can, it stopped me.

Door shut. sadface.

:(

O.o IDK why this was moved to the Cheats section... but OOOOOOOOOOK.

Anyway, what AnathemicOne stated... it's the door comnnecting them both. If there would be a way in, this would be it.

How amazing would it be to basically go back in time though? OMFG I would love it..

You can go through the door. Just enable no clipping

Hmm, an unrealistic idea, but imagine if they included cyrodill in DLC.

I'm on X360 bro... not PC. Otherwise I would've by now lol.

That's why I made this topic... it happened on a console and it's weird. PLUS, while traveling as much SOUTH as I possibly could I found SEVERAL Black Marker Locations undiscovered that I could not even hope to reach. So there just has to be some kind of Province DLC if theres places I can't even GET TO! lol..

Interesting, I shall have to venture there myself the next time I play. Noob question, how exactly do I get there?

Alright the easiest way to explain it would be South of Helgen. I suggest bringing a horse.. I did for most of my exploring because they help greatly with climbing [censored].

Most of the unknown locations I found where South/Southwestish of Falkreath. I don't see any around the Pale Pass door... but like I said there ARE markers you can't reach.. even with a HORSE. So theres gotta be sections of the map we just can't "UNLOCK" yet.

And when the DLC comes, that'll be our "key" in a sense. OMFG I pray and hope!

Bethesda would get Best DLC EVER Award forsure..

NOTE: If you found FORT NEUGRAD travel a bit South of it and try to find a location called "Southfringe Sanctum". It's LITERALLY just around the corner from that location.. that's how I've been getting there to show friends.

There is NO MARKER on the map saying "Pale Pass" it's just a path leading up into a Mountain side with a Door similar to Helgen's. It's not an actual location. Just wanted to clear this up...

There is a wall\arch\door you can't get through down by Riften also (invisible wall there though).

Guessng on the map it would put you into Cheydinhal area of Cyrodil or Morrowind.
