I've been getting this weird bug thing where every ten steps or so, if I am running, It reverts me to walking speed for a few steps, and I cannot start running again until the end of those few steps. I've rebound the key several times to determine if it was a hardware issue, and it doesn't seem to be.

EDIT: Nix that, it was a combat mod that was conflicting with a script spell and giving me burden for 4 seconds every time the mod did its thing.
