I'm getting sick of dealing with this issue, so I'm hoping to get some help here. All of my weapons flicker constantly in first person. It happens when I turn to certain directions in first person.

And yes, I've redownloaded the title update and cleared my system cache multiple times. I just want to fix this issue permanently.

Clear your cache again...

Delete your game data plus your DLC's (if you use them), and install the game again.

Have you tried to re-load a previous save, to see if that glitch goes away ??? - or, all your saves having this issue. !!!
