Just a few mins ago I had the weirdest VATS bug ever. I put in to shoot this guy in the head twice at the primm bison casino. During the cinematic I sat there doing nothing stuck in VATS waiting for my character to shoot him while he proceded to beat my skull in with a tire iron.

Yea Ive noticed similiar things goin on with VATS. Hell, enemys surely dont move as slow as they did in FO3 when you made your moves lol.
