@Cobra -- I left some comments on your profile on how to clear out your inbox. You're moderating comments (which is fine) but that also sends you a message to your Inbox that you will have to delete. Good luck <3

@everyone -- I'm not on hiatus but I might be a bit slow to reply today.

@ Skirt: That's a relief. I thought you were jumping ship  and Frieda is Pawnee's whole reason for. . .existing now. . .so that would have been bad.

Quit? Nah. I've got a bar to run, dammit. ;) :hugs:

@Lewis -- I'm fine with Sue having heard the kerfuffle from their house, but I don't know how she could know it was Brandy who was involved without having seen it, the girl didn't get a word in edgewise while Frieda was ... having a civil discussion. It's not really a big deal and too late to ask you to change it now, but just letting you know. :)

re: length of posts

Is it a problem?

I know I have a tendency towards wordiness, but Celeste also tends to have to interact with many characters at a time because of the nature of her character. Until Rusty gets a job there, perhaps, I don't know how to avoid not having a big post without also appearing to spam the thread with three or four posts just to address everyone. The letter she wrote to Moriarty is just a bit of character development/side amusemant which I guess I could have just left out, so I can remove it if it's really bothering you guys.

We can discuss here or maybe send me a PM if you want, so we don't clutter up the thread with too much off topic chat.

IMO they're fine, if something major is going on I would think two paragraphs may not cover it all. But, I am new to this and the forums, so any criticism or advice is appreciated.

@Skirt, I like the letter, kinda gives you more of an insight to Celestes personality, to me anyways.

I honestly don't think the posts are a problem. Some chrs require a longer post and I'd rather read through all that, than feel like detail is missing. I haven't really had a problem with the length of any of the posts (since Infantry left  ).

The two paragraph thing is the minimum, IMO there really shouldn't be a maximum. But I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks too.

@ Holy:

Some RPers like to do a lot of things in their posts. Its not really about the amount of detail. IMO no one's post have been overly detailed.

Its about what you want to do in the RP. I think it keeps it exciting to have your character involved in various subplots and to try to interact with everyone who's around - but b/c of time issues, personal preferences, or writer's block, other RPers keep their posts short and very focused.

Its a story after all - it requires you to read it - and as the long as the posts are well written you should enjoy reading them.

EDIT: You can always just skim the posts to see if your character has been mentioned when pressed for time.

@Kettle: Why did I think Joe's eye were blue? I don't know why. . .I've pictured him with blue eyes for the whole RP. . . .

Could be because the guy in the group pic has blue eyes. I only said dark in my CS. I think a couple of people have described him as having blue eyes, so we'll go with that, dark blue

@Surfer- What are your ideas on possible conflicts/confrontations/fight scenes between Harlen and Scythe?

Ok, here's what I'm thinking guys. Joe doesn't really mind who get's Pawnee, He'll tell Harlon and Jesse about the conversation (after the brahmin drive and leaving out the finders fee.)

He'll try to convince them that it'd be better to deal with Scythe and his crew now, rather than have them trail them back to wherever the pay is. Pawnee will be the unknowing bait.

What do you guys think?

Hmm. . . .I actually PM'd WolfMan about this.

I wanted to have Pawnee encounter Scythe alone (it will explain Pawnee's true back story). For reasons that will be explained in that post, Scythe will let Pawnee go back to Greyditch, assured that he will return in a day or two.

Maybe then you guys can "round up the posse" and follow Pawnee back to the Sandmen?

I assure all of you guys that this will not be half assed, and should be pretty. . .cool. Hopefully.

I will also have Scythe soothe Joe's conscience (since when does Joe have one kettle :P) in my upcoming post, which will also answer your question, Paladin.

P.S.: Really enjoying this guys :celebration:

He doesn't mate. Just sounded better than "Give me money any you can have him." He'll want a confontation between Harlon and Scythe, Joe wins either way. It's all part of a scam to him.

@Holy, what would the back "patio" be like? Outside the backdoor I mean. I imagined a chair or two and probably a clothesline to dry clothing. Do you mind id I use a tad control of Jesse to mI've him to outside to the back? I want him to hear what Rusty days when he wakes him up from his nap. You could move him if you ate more comfortable with that. I was just gonna have him open the back door and when that happens it jolts, or more like eases Rusty to life.

Well, since I didn't understand a word you wrote, I'll just hand control for that particular movement up to you. :P

You can just go ahead and move it along, if you like. Assassin will catch up. I think he's sore that we are teasing him about the "city block" thing.
