Dobbs would have no reason to suspect him......Jimmy let his mask slip and revealed a sort of person Dobbs has met too many times before in the Enclave.

@edit - Which map is the current one? As far as I can tell from it and looking at the area in FO3 there are a couple of intact shops that are boarded up in the block Brandy, Pawnee and Frieda live in.....can I have one of those?

The first picture (viewing 1 of 6) athough i think everyone has added stuff to their house which isn't FO3 for example i added a basemant to James's house and Celeste house has a safe one of upstairs bedrooms

as for taking one of house you will have to ask skirt or kettle

edit: Fl8Cobra house is not on map

@Lewis -- no hostiles on your way back, though there are a ton of Brahmin in the street. Surprised Sue didn't run into one...hehe.

The house link might be old. I'll have to wrangle Kettle into updating the map and post it anew.

Using her Matrix style agility, Sue avoided hitting any Brahmin in the street lol

On a more serious note I have slight edited my post to include the Brahmin in the street and Sue is asking whats with the Brahmin on the street

Just so everyone knows, the Brahmin are the ones Duncan had brought to town, and they're all mostly standing around in the area of town he'd left them (near the car yard).

...and Celeste did not notice J.T. sleeping in the diner. I did that on purpose so she'd freak out (again) later. ;)

They weren't really penned in securely at all. ;) Though, that may be what caused them to wander.

Tiberius67: i liked you GNR radio new report i might include it ( and a odd looking eyebot playing it) in my next post

incase your all wondering (or for Tiberius67 and his Botherhood idea) the botherhood attacked
fort Bannister for three reasons

Spoiler

1. To test the Vetribirds abilities whilst in combat.
2. To acquire a forward base, to be used when the brotherhood attack vault 87 (and places nearby)
3. to stop Talon company attacks on BOS water caravans (This actually happens in-game )

edit: if you can't read this Fl8cobra i will PM you

I was thinking of writing up a account late tonight or this weekend....I was thinking they would hoist the colors of the Brotherhood over Ft. Bannister...to mark it as secured...around 7ish. If you want to use that James would see them stop what they are doing and salute while raising a flag to a bugle call 'To the Color'

Using Bannister as a FOB for a operation against Vault 87 is a good idea.....I have been thinking about a fanfic where the LW and BoS Scourge Vault 87...it would open with a attack on Bannister.

James left ft. bannister around 5.30ish (to avoid fleeing Talon mercs ) but the raising flag idea is great, you should definitely do it  ( whlist James may not see it , the odd looking Eyebot might be flying pass... )

edit: if you decide to do a part after battle, inside the control room.( were that guy on speaker was ) Have a soldier watch James "escape" on the bases CCTV camera ( yes they had it in 1950's aswell)

I was figuring on the Brotherhood spotting you and keeping tabs on where the two of you were, but since you obviously weren't Talon Company they decided to leave you alone. Cross would never light up civilians. Oh.....I was thinking of having some Regulators with them, that OK?

@kettle - love Joe's story! :lol:

just because James left early doesn't mean the botherhood did spot him....

you can have a botherhood soldier spot James watching the battle from a nearby buliding and have them order a scout to watch James but after a while report in that the guy had left the area....

edit: i am Currenlty doing a test to see how long it would take a crippled Chr to walk from FT.B to Grayditch will post soon after... edit: after being shot at , stabbed and attacked by a deathclaw it took around 8 hours

That was my last post most likely until Sunday evening/ Monday morning. Heading out of town this weekend, where I'm going has no internet and no cellular service :shakehead: :swear:
So, Brandy is going to help Bob work on things around town, Duncan's casket, brahmin pen, diner etc. If , anyone else, wants to talk her, or ask for help, that's alright. BUT, no big decisions or romance decisions please that's all I ask. Pretty much the same with J.T as well. Just make sure they are home and in bed by nine, and that they wash up and are fed too. lol

Hope you all have a nice weekend, see ya Sunday night hopefully.

No problem.....they'll figure out from the CCTV tapes you were a escaped prisoner so when they lose track of you they won't worry about it.

Don’ t worry ED-E is not coming to Grayditch (he’s going to NV)

If you watch the NV Trailer ED-E is playing the radio New Vegas (GNR would be out of range) and is turned off in game (probably because you already have a radio)

Mini spoiler but I think this was mentioned before the game came out (I also believe a designer mentioned it at E3) but as you may not have done the first part of ED-E' qeust you may not know

Spoiler
ED-E comes from Adams air force Base and travelled there down the Lonesome road that is in Fallout 3 (and goes though Jury street Station)

edit: it's not really a Spoiler if you know the west coast history(fallout 2) and if you speak to Nash about were he comes from

I haven't done the Ed-E quest. I've barely done any quest, and I have been good about staying off the Wiki about NV too. No spoilers, come on, man :(

Approved by the Almighty Game-Masters!

Character Sheet - David O'Riley
Spoiler

Name: David O'Riley

Age: 24

six: Male

Basic physical appearance and attributes: A tall and slender man, standing in at around 6'0". He has short, wavy, dirty blonde hair often unkempt because of lack of care and blue eyes. His face is angular in shape. Many people upon encounters shoot under when making assumptions about his age, 16 being the youngest, but people generally go for 19. He's an expect marksman, tracker, scout, hunter-gatherer and such jobs often require weapons with excellent maintenance, the striping and cleaning of his rifle being a daily ritual. Years of travelling have taught him valuable lessons of survival. He is, however, hopeless with hand-to-hand combat, but he often makes sure no one gets close enough to try anything.

Weapons and armour: DKS-501 Sniper Rifle, a prized possession which has been passed down from father to son for four generations. The weapon never leaves his sight, and despite its age it's remarkably well looked after and appears to be brand new. His secondary choice is a .44 Magnum, picked for its stopping power at close distance for when his rifle can't get the job done. Though, it's often kept in its holster.

Clothing wise, it's foreign... At least to the people of the East. He wears the duster coat of an NCR Ranger, with light clothing and a duster scarf around his neck. He ditched the armour attachments long ago. The ability to move rapidly and cross distances in a short time would only be hampered with armour in his opinion. But there appears to be a pouches on his belt, strap on attachments or pockets somewhere on him that is home to some piece of equipment.

Personality: A man who is very straight to the point, quiet and distance he doesn't like to stay in one location for too long. Not to say he isn't a friendly sort, he'll go out of his way help most people, people who appear decent to him. But his nature of rarely interacting with people often make certain folk suspicious, but as long as he has the caps, and the ability to get a job done. Then they ain't complaining.

Occupation: Hireling; guard, scout, hunter

Faction: Greyditch

Backstory: Born in California, Shady Sands. David grew up in a stable and "civilized" location. His father was an explorer on the behalf of the Followers of the Apocalypse and former NCR Ranger and mother was a member of the Followers of the Apocalypse.

The combination of the two led to much of his life travelling around much of the South-West America, with the Followers and his father, which have attributed to many of his skills. When he came of age, David didn't feel that military life suited him, the life of travelling made him feel free and that if he joined the army he'd only be caged up. So he remained with the Followers, rather than sign up with the NCR military. Bringing an end to four generations of NCR soldiers.

When rumours of a Brotherhood of Steel expedition to the East circulated, David's parents decided on their own expedition to the East. A small expedition of Followers willing to accompany them, along with hired guards was formed. They spent much of their early travels with settlers and Mormon missionaries.

Encounters with tribal's was often a danger, some greeted them with friendly curiosity, providing food and shelter. And many were outright hostile, and resulted in the deaths of more than had hoped.

Eventually they reached D.C. but to be considered an arm of the Followers was in doubt. Though they attempted to carry on with their original plans of bringing the "torch of knowledge to the wastes," however without some form of organization within the D.C. area, the task was just as hard as the journey.

By time they discovered Rivet City, they were barely even a Fellowship. Eventually breaking apart and going their separate ways. Despite having spent the past four years in D.C. David has developed a distaste of the place and desires to return back to NCR territory. However, with his parents being older than they used too and the addition younger brother of four. He knows that the chances of them making it back are slim.
