Okay, this is my very first attempt at making a RP, thank you!


Welcome To Hell........

The RP:

It is basically a mix of Zombie Apocalypse themes, and that Fallout touch. It takes place in 2300, the President of the NCR, President George Bowman, promised his land, which is basically most of the West Coast, that ghoulification and FEV would be wiped out by the end of his first term. But it went horribly wrong. Project Seattle, the Anti Ghoulification project, failed. Modified genes of the Ghouls were released into the radiated air, it turned thousands of NCR citizens into horrible, flesh hungry, crazies. The NCR released captured Deathclaws into the cities, towns, and wasteland to clear out the crazies. But that made things worse, the Deathclaws ran from the stench of the crazies, and wandered the wasteland, hunting down survivors. The worst hit area was New Vegas. Thousands of people, no help, no hope.

Idea:

It has most of the towns in New Vegas and the original territories towns and villages 3x larger, so Goodsprings is as big as Primm. There is also much much more land to cover, im making the area of the Mojave and anywhere the RP takes place at. There is also much more people, or whats left of them. Survivors will be on roofs, or anywhere safe. Also, the wasteland, as stated above, is filled with crazies and Deathclaws. And by wasteland i mean like unpopulated areas inbetween areas, like inbetween Goodsprings and Primm or the "Novac Stretch" (Novac Stretch is my nickname for the highway that goes from Ranger Station Charlie to the 188).

Bio:He was born on March 7th, 2279. When he was 14, he applied for the NCR army, in 2281, he fought in the Battle Of Hoover Dam at Camp Forlorn Hope against the invading Legionaries, when the NCR prevailed, he was honoured as a war hero. He retired from the military service and began a shop in the New Vegas outskirts. His shop, Wood's Guns and Ammo store, became a obsession for him. On the date of the infection, he was in Goodsprings (Where everyone starts out) on a trip away from the work.

Name: Marcus Briggs

Appearance: He has short messy black hair and a scruffy beard. His eyes are bright blue and his skin is very tanned.

Personality: He is a tinkerer and a scavenger, due to this fact he is rather absent-minded and he isn't very charismatic. He is a heavy caffeine addict and is prone to doing things that just don't make much sense.

Weapon: Primary: An old and beat up double-barrel shotgun, A small crossbow that looks like it was pieced together from various pieces of wood and metal, a thick wrench.

Armour: A thick jacket that he uses to store all his belongings and a pair of thick goggles.

Gear: Small tool belt, A pouch of basic medical supplies, a coffee pot, a harmonica.

Bio: Marcus was born in Freeside and had always enjoyed searching through the destroyed buildings that littered the area. When he was 10 he accidentally stumbled upon a dead mercenary wearing stolen BoS power armour. This was the start of his scavenging career. A few years after that he stumbled upon the broken remains of a Securitron, being a scavenger Marcus figured he would make alot more money if he repaired it before he sold it, so after a year and a half of electric shocks and long nights reading "Fixin' Things" he managed to get it running again. After that he became somewhat obbsessed with fixing and modifying ancient technology. On the day of the Outbreak Marcus Was in Goodsprings looking for a house that he could turn into a robot repair shop.

Appearance: He looks like most King members do - Kings outfit, gelled up hair, not very ugly, average size, green eyes, brown hair, strong build.

Personality: Very charismatic and courageous (often too courageous). Usually not the smartest one around. Speech, barter, guns are unarmed are his ''tag skills'' and he has a high Agility, Luck and Charisma. He has a low Intelligence and Perception. He's very naiive and easily manipulated. He panics sometimes (for example when he's out of ammo). He's also a good cook.

Weapon: 10mm SMG, combat knife, fully modded 10mm pistol

Armour: An armored version of the Kings Outfit (kind of like the http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/2/27/Armored_Vault_suit.png)

Gear: Fancy Lad Snack Cakes , binoculars, belt for ammo and guns

Bio: Clint was the son of a retired King and his girlfriend. His parents both loved him and he grew up as happy as a kid in a slum could be. His dad started learning him how to use guns at the time Clint was 12, and by the time he was 16, he was more agile then most King members around. He had always admired the Kings, and his dad encouraged him to join them. He'll always remember the day he joined them. His enthusiasm and loyalty to the King had no limits, and he soon became feared by every thug in Freeside. He became popular quickly, and was quite a ladies man. The thugs weren't the only ones who feared him, the Garrets soon took notice of the lucky kid, and banned him from gambling at the casino after he had won the jackpot at the Atomic Wrangler. He once went to The Strip with a friend who was just as lucky as him, he used the money he won there by helping the Followers.
When he was 19 his parents said they got sick of the bright lights and the loud screams from the Atomic Wrangler, and decided to go to a more peaceful place. They went to Goodsprings through 188 Trading Post, Novac, Nipton, and Primm. Clint visits them every now and then, and this is one of those times.
His luck ran out in 2300: his parents were amongst the first victims of the Deathclaws that filled Goodpsprings.

Appearance: Brown hair in a buzz cut, 5'8", average build

Personality: Grew up disliking the NCR, but events later in his life softened his stance towards the NCR. His hatred for the Legion has remained strong over the years. Kaleb heard stories about the Vault Dweller, the Chosen One, and others when he was young; he eventually developed a flair for the dramatic over the years. Has a strong sense of loyalty; anyone who has betrayed his trust, or the people with whom his loyalty is owed, he treats in a hostile manner. As a repair expert, he is very dexterous and perceptive. He’s not very charismatic in general. However, years of dealing with traders and the NCR have made him an expert in bartering. While not especially proficient in ranged combat, he feels that he is competent enough that he won’t shoot someone on accident. He is surprisingly adept with a Gladius Machete. Bio:
Kaleb was born to the Great Khan refugees at Bitter Springs. When he was 12, Kaleb’s family was killed during a raid by the Legion. Seeing the Legion threat grow, the NCR relocated Kaleb and other members of the refugee community to Primm. Though supposedly relocated in order to protect them from the Legion threat, Kaleb saw the NCR as a tyrant imposing their will upon the defenseless.

Life at Primm was only marginally better, until a mission from the Followers of the Apocalypse arrived to help out the growing community. Impressed by the Followers’ devotion, he eventually joined them, and apprenticed to the mission’s tech expert. Kaleb’s technological expertise grew over the years, learning how to fix weapons and to jury-rig equipment. His views on the NCR softened when they took an active role in assisting the community by teaching survival skills and self-defense; eventually, Kaleb was willing to repair NCR gear.

By 2298, the FotA mission leader believed that Kaleb was ready to graduate from his apprenticeship. But in order to do that, he had to create a masterpiece, a piece of work that showed off his skills and expertise. He decided upon developing a lower body exoskeleton for the walking-impaired. On the day of the Outbreak, Kaleb arrived at Goodsprings testing a version of the exoskeleton.

Appearance: Mid length brown hair which is usually tied back in a ponytail, and a slim, athletic figure

Personality: Very caring, even though she may seem blunt and uncaring at times. More often than not she will go out of her way to help people.

Weapon: A marksman carbine, a 10mm pistol, and a combat knife

Armour: A bounty hunter duster

Gear: Small amounts of ammo, medicine, rations, and water

Bio: Was born to two NCR troopers in the Mojave Outpost. She lived there for the first few years of her life until her parents were killed in battle. After that, she moved to Goodsprings, where she was adopted by Sunny Smiles. She honed her skills with a rifle under the instruction of Sunny.

Weapon: Carries a 12. sniper for most situations, but when they're really tough, she uses her assault rifle. She only uses her special magnum very rarely.

Armour: Wears Militia armor that she kept from her old days.

Gear (Medic Pouch, watch, Binoculars, Backpack): Carries around a food sack and a harmonica that an old friend had given her.

Bio: Once a former Militia officer back in the day with Mark, one of her old friends from since she lived in D.C. The story of their relationship unravels throughout the RP, and it hints at future event in The Capital Wasteland RP.

Personality: A somewhat caring person but never shows the caring side of him. Very business oriented and enjoys to control, rather than be controlled. Has the capacity of being a great military leader...with guidance from superiors. Much of his personality is based on philosophy and humanism.

Bio: A Followers of the Apocalypse honourable member. Better known as "The Don", Aiden is the current leader of the New Star Mafia Mojave Branch, a brutal group hailing from Washington State under the name New Star. Aiden was raised and trained in medicine and weaponry by the Followers of the Apocalypse, his mother killed by Caesar's Legion. But when the New Star came and established their first outpost in Freeside, Aiden joined up with them and was named The Don of New Star after 3 years of service as General.

Knowing that the New Star wasn't as strong as the base in Washington, Aiden turned to Julie Farkas and the Followers. At first, the Followers turned him down, despite their close relations with Aiden. But when the New Star Mafia started to help Freeside by supplying them with food and medicine, the Followers allied with the Mojave Branch. After that and the subsequent alliance with the Kings, Aiden was named Don of the entire New Star.

But as he was about to leave to Washington, Aiden and a Followers of the Apocalypse member, Evelyn, started to become friends and later, started dating. The New Star, prohibiting individual relations outside their circle, cut all connections with the Mojave Branch. Despite that, the Mojave Branch flourished with its dual alliance and turned to get their money by taking all the possessions of thugs.

However, the New Star Mafia, now a criminal organization, only had about 100 soldiers and about 160 men total. By 2079, the New Star Mafia was pushed out of Freeside by the Van Graffs, only to come back and completely wipe out the Van Graff family from Freeside during the anarchic months of the Second Battle of Hoover Dam.

New Star of Washington ran towards Canada from NCR, further separating them from the New Star Mafia of the Mojave. The New Star Mafia established a foothold with the Kings in Freeside while allying with NCR, providing law and order in the most brutal way possible while caring for the law abiding citizens of Freeside with an iron fist.
