We have an open topic in the admin forum for new mod choices, if someone seems suitable we make a note. When the time comes to add new mods, either a hint from admin or the existing moderators feeling the need for more help, we discuss the possibilities. Those that are chosen have to be agreed on by all the existing moderators so it is a pretty tough selection process, and if admin give their approval they are modded, chipped, tattooed and let loose.

This time the need was more because the forums are expanding with the new games published by Bethesda Softworks so it was felt that we needed a bit more help to cover the extra stuff, and a better coverage of the 24 hours was considered - there were a couple of blank spots where moderators were not on so frequently.

Yeah, there's that 2 - 6 AM GMT blind spot when no mod but Attrebus is on.
