Give everyone a warm welcome to Greenwarden and Falchya! If you don't they do have the ability to suspend your posting privileges.

:whisper: SHHH! Just go with it... you don't want to get us ALL banned do you?

Congrats Greenwarden and Falchya! Now the Oblivion character screenshots are going to be moderated a lot more, with Greenwarden! lol... Sadly, I can't remember Falchya... I usually recognize people by their avatars, lol. So as soon as Falchya says something, I'll remember you!.. Or it will be something like "Here, let my pretty new Banhammer help your memory :obliviongate: "

Heh, I kid the moderators! Without you guys, these forums would be trashy like some other ones I used to visit.

I'm not really that active anymore... which is probably why I hadn't even heard of Greenwarden until today. Falchya I had seen before though.

They really didn't know anything about it until a few days ago when one of the mods had a chat with them to see if they were interested. New mods are chosen by the existing moderator team after a great deal of discussion about members who would be possibly suitable.

 You want to be fated to a life of being chained to a desk in between a bear with a top hat, a drooling dragon type beast, a stomper of princesses and a kitteh who is the epitome of evil ? Good luck with that :bolt:

Congrats!!

Usually when someone catches our eye we're in the game sections. It's not that you can't be a helpful member in here (and in fact there are many great members who spend most of their time in CD) but this is a more casual forum.

Also, a lot of the CD regulars don't venture out of CD very often and we're unlikely to select someone like that as a mod. CD just doesn't require much moderation, and when it does it's usually because there is a problem not a spike in activity.

Yep, you're always around :D

That actually sounds like it'd be pretty awesome. :D

Also, congratulations Falchya, even though I don't really ever remember seeing you around here before.

Congrats to the new moderators.

Sadly, I can't remember Falchya... I usually recognize people by their avatars,

I find that funny, I don't reconize anyone with their name but with their avatar. If I knew how to get one, I would. I just find the pics I like way to big to get one, so I stick with what ever I had from Bethesda. Oh wait, I just noticed I don't have one. I guess coming to the new forums it's gone LOL. I just noticed my Bethesda Dolphin Avatar is gone LOL.

When did you first become a mod? You seem to have been here longer than almost all other forum members. What were the forums like back in 2000?

Quick Question: Who was the newest mod before these two fine new editions to the BGSF moderating team? Excluding the April Fools "mods" of course. ;)

That sounds pretty good to me, HD and myself chained to a bevy of pretty lady moderators. Yep, I could cope with that. :goodjob:

The powers of moderators still surprise me. You can edit your posts without leaving any indication of them ever being edited, eh?

Yes we can.
