Tomorrow it'll be $50.
Tomorrow it'll be $50.
I guess you haven't had a look around. It was changed in Europe several hours ago, and in 25 mins it will be March 1st for half the world. Tomorrow is here.
Since he uses the dollar sign, I'm pretty sure he was just talking about 'Murica.
Anyone who plans on getting all the dlc has no right to complain about not getting the season pass before. Considering Far Harbor is 25 plus I'll be getting all the other dlcs as well, I'd say 30 is a steal.
It was 40 dollars in the currency of the north, but I have to say that the deal worked on me and I was doing my part to drive the season pass to the top sellers list on Steam.
Got it the same day the DLC specifics were announced. Too much of a killer deal to pass up. You're basically spending the $25 for Far Harbor along with the other two DLC for only a mere $5.
I didn't buy it first thing, but once the DLC was announced and I could do a value assessment it became clear that at 29.99 it was a good deal and at 49.99 it was an average deal.
I'll take the good deal, and I did.
Yeah. They got me with the DLC announcement. Dangit!
And I HATE SEASON PASSES!!
It was very nicely played. The DLC they announced all looked good, and the combined price was basically the same as the Season Pass. And they announced there'd be more DLC. At that point it was a cost-benefit anolysis, and darn it, I gave it. It just made sense.
If I buy any DLC for Fallout 4 ,which Im not sure I will, then I buy them for far less during a sale and after they have gotten patched and cheaper. So no.
Just wondering why, something wrong with DLC system or you just don't like the base game as much?
Yeah, I usually don't do season passes, but I bought it once I saw the DLC release and read that more was going to be released. If I were to buy the currently announced DLC separately that will be $40 and then you have the second batch coming up. I just could not resist the deal. Plus now I know that I have the DLC as soon as it comes out as well.
I got it along with the game the day after launch.
Bethesda's DLC has been hit and miss at times. While Dragonborn and Dawnguard were great, Hearthstone was a bit disappointing compared to what modders had been putting out. For Fallout 3, Anchorage was fun, but the Pitt was a pile of crap, Point Lookout was a bit disappointing in how empty it was, and Mothership Zeta was just a terrible fit for the setting.
So I can see some people being a bit hesitant about Fallout 4 DLC.
Personally I like what I'm seeing. Automotron looks really interesting, and I'll be happy with Far Harbor if it's just more of what we've been getting with the core game. The only one I'm a bit hesitant about is Wastland Workshop. While I like the idea of more settlement items and running gladatorial games with captured monsters/NPCs, I can see that getting dull VERY VERY fast. Then again, it's also the cheapest of the 3 at $5 so maybe it's ok if that's all there is.
I can understand that but when mod tools come out for console, it may make having all DLC's as a prerequisite for using the mod. Like Courier's Stash in New Vegas is needed to run certain mods, etc.
Never bought one before for any game, but I broke my own rules regarding season passes, and bought it the day I found out the price was going up. Glad they didn't hike the price there and then with the DLC announcement itself as I was waiting for details first.
Just bought it 3 days ago. Since I'm planning on getting all 3, there's no question to not buy.
Nope, don't have/haven't brought it.
Call me a svcker or w/e the hell, but if Bethesda makes some really cool stuff in their DLC then I want to give them my money for it. No matter the cost.
Unless it's like, 100 dollars for one DLC.
Got it from GMG for 24$, a steal if I say so myself.
$30. Ha! I wish it was that price in our neck of the woods.
Still, I did grab one a week ago and are really looking forward to what Beth adds to the game.
