I haven't gone far in the campaign but so far, I really like it. Yeah, there are differences with C1 in terms of openness and destructible environment but with a single GTX470, playing with 3D Vision (1680x1050), "insane graphics settings", FOV90, everything is very smooth and looks beautiful.

I can understand why some people feel it is a console port, but I don't care. The Crytek3 engine is AMAZING!

For a FPS (and I practically played them all), this one requires you to think about how you want to move forward...

I may when I have finished it. I was expecting a little more openness and being able to go vertical a little more. Plus, C1 let me bring trees down on bad guys, that was fun. If a patch comes to change this a bit, I WILL give it a 10.

Still, been a while since I have bought an FPS that's worth my $$$. This is one.
