Does anybody know how to make the beds in my house mods be able to take advantage of the well rested perk?

I did not see anything in the perk, or in the games 'player homes' that did anything special with the beds... Any ideas?

set the objects to be owned by player?

I tried setting the owner to Player, but it did no help. The bed in Megaton player house has that set. Not sure what controls it yet...
