They are working on it...
One thing @ a time. I am just as frustrated as everyone else, but I will admit, between the hackers, game bugs, connection issues, and directX 11 we are all screaming for, I'm sure it takes time. I doubt Crytek has 100 developers @ their disposal, so give them time.
* To me, the "most important thing" was BANNING the hackers first...
* Next, fix the "major game bugs / connection issues" next... (so others can play)
* Then fix the "minor game bugs" and other relevant stuff
* Finally, give us the directX 11 patch and x64 bit mode
I spoke with someone @ Crytek by email, after getting to talk to someone one on one, I feel better. They explained their situation and inturn thanked me for my feedback and suggestions. Priority one was ridding the servers of hackers, and I have had some pretty hack free games for two days now, so they must have done something, but they also added they are still enhancing it too.
They also said they are working as quickly as possible on the "game bugs / connection issues", but there are alot of variations to try and cover, which is understandable and true. Like different versions of Windows, different connection types / hardware, etc..
They also said they do read our posts, the good ones and the bad ones, they know alot of us are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Hopefully it won't be much longer and maybe we can start complaining about something else. Like why did my girlfriend put nair hair remover on my testicles while I was sleeping?
